Refund & Returns Policy
Due to current circumstances regarding COVID-19, we do not accept product refunds, returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for any damage after your parcel has left the post office. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
When you have placed an order, please allow 1-3 working days for it to be prepped & packaged before sending. We do aim to do this the next day after your order has been processed. If an order is placed before 12pm it is likely it may be sent out the same day, but not promised.
